Hitzfield backs Guardiola's career at the Allianz Arena

Ex-Bayern Munich coach Ottmar Hitzfield step support his former club to appoint Josep Guardiola as coach per team next season.

Guardiola was appointed to replace Jupp Heynckes at the Allianz Arena, after a senior manager who has just offered a treble for Die Roten decided to retire at end of season 2012/13.

About quality, Spanish men have proved with Barcelona FC. With the Blaugrana, Guardiola successful football dominate the world. But beyond the ability of the team to train, assess Hitzfield Guardiola has advantages in the attitude and character of the team needed.

"I've met in a meeting between coach Guardiola. He is a pleasant fellow, open and honest, with a decent attitude really respected," said Hitzfield who now serves as coach of the Swiss national team.
