Alonso 'mastermind' Behind Actions Madrid said Raul

Real Madrid legend who often plays as a striker, Raul Gonzalez, recently highlighted the role of Xabi Alonso in midfield Los Blancos. According to him, Alonso had become 'mastermind' who set the tempo and Madrid during the appearance.

Alonso had reportedly will leave Real Madrid because never agree on a new contract with the club. But recently it announced it will continue to be at the Bernabeu until 2016. He was going to be ready to play in the Champions League this midweek against Schalke.

"Xabi Alonso is a very important player for the team," said Raul told reporters.

"He is a game controller, a puppeteer, in the middle of the field lines, just as a conductor. Yet there is also a great player figure as Iker Casillas and Sergio Ramos," he concluded
