Tiago Ilori Not Closing Doors Make England national team

Liverpool's new defender, Tiago Ilori said that he would not rule out the possibility to be able to defend the British national team at international level.

Players who joined from Sporting Lisbon was indeed able to defend the Three Lions have had ancestors of the Queen Elizabeth country.

English football federation (FA) was reportedly persuaded to want to defend British Ilori, rather than continue to defend Portugal. But for now, the 20-year-old is still concerned with Portugal.

"I think I still want to be loyal to Portugal because I played at every level for their age." Ilori told the Liverpool Echo.

"But I'd never rule out the possibility, and so far no decision has been made. If I had a choice then it's not a bad choice that I had to take." he added.
