Diving Gets Young Should Direct Red Card

Crystal Palace stronghold still seems to be furious due to the referee's decision when they defeated Manchester United by a score of 0-2 last weekend.

Palace is able to withstand United's goalless until the end of the first half the referee gave a penalty and a red card to Kagisho Dikgacoi are assessed against Ashley Young in the box.

This time the Palace chairman, Steve Parish, expressed his frustration over the incident which he said affects the outcome of the game.

"If blocking a scoring chance by illegal punished with a straight red card, then create goal chances with diving should also deserve a red card," blasted Parish in an interview with BBC Radio Live.

"The only honest player in the incident was Dikgacoi, but instead he get a red card."

Parish said that diving which produces a yellow card for the Young at previous moments influence the referee's decision not to give the card back to the winger.
