Arsenal Can Now Attract Rooney or Higuain

Arsenal ready to compete with the giant European clubs with funds amounting to 70 million pounds. The Gunners chief executive, Ivan Gazidis, believes manager Arsene Wenger could make good use of the money.

"We hope that Arsene wanted to do for the long term. I believe he is like that. We think we have the right people to make a choice and decision," said Ivan Gazidis told the Telegraph.
