Zidane claimed Nasri did not always show exceptional performance at every game, but he can always make a positive contribution to the team every time you play.

"I think we're being too hard on him (Nasri). He did not always show exceptional performance, but he always gives a positive contribution," said Zidane.

"He should have lifted his spirits because he is one of quality players who owned the French team as Karim Benzema and Franck Ribery."
